The Ice Rink on the Plaza at Tysons Corner Center officially opened on November 18th.

fitclub_subheroEvery Wednesday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm Tysons Fit Club hosts their FREE workout class. The cold won’t shut this fitness group down. During inclement weather, Fit Club will be moved indoors to the second level near American Girl & Bloomingdales. Don’t miss out on the special “12 Days of Fitness” on December 14th where each of the 12 days will be represented by a different exercise. There are now two Zipcar locations at Tysons Corner Center.

Try Transit Week Breakfast and Coffee Stop!

In honor of Try Transit Week, Access Tysons will also be out on the pedestrian bridge (located between Metro and VITA apartments) this Wednesday from 8am to 9am with breakfast and coffee for our transit riders. New Bus Rapid Transit Approved for Route 7.

On June 7th, The Northern Virginia Transportation Commission approved a proposal for Bus Rapid Transit Service on Route 7 from Tysons to Alexandria. This service will run between Spring Hill Metro station and the Mark Center in Alexandria. The system is estimated to attract 8,600 new transit riders per day and cut commute time for riders in half.
